Debug Server stard failed

Hello,
I updated the to CCSv

and get the following Error:

Exception occurred during lauch
Reason:
Failed to initialize the Debug Server.
Reason:
Can't generate board data file C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\DebugServer\bin\win32\BrdDat\ccBoard0.dat
An invalid processor ID has been found.
