CCS 5.3 .out file format

Could you please elaborate the query?

According to the datasheet "Common Object File Format", the COFF File Structure is as followings:
File header
Optional file header
Section 1 header
Section n header
Section 1
raw data
Section n
raw data
Section 1
relocation information
Section n
relocation information
Symbol table
String table
Section headers
Raw data
(executable code and
initialized data)
Relocation
information

but the .out file generated by the CCS 5.3 dose not match that format.

It is probably in ELF format.  That is the object file format required by EABI.  Please see this wiki article for more background on the topic.
