My CCS notified me of an update for CCS, so I downloaded and installed it. But it cannot open any of my files. Not my old files, and not when I create a new file either. It cannot open any of my files.
So I downloaded and installed it a second time. Still same problem.
UPDATE: So then I UN-installed CCS, then downloaded and installed again -- for the third time. Still no luck. It cannot open any of my files.
Any clues?
Is anyone else reporting this problem with CCS v6.1.0.00104?
Thanks for your help.

Do you get any errors or does it just open a blank editor? A screenshot may be helpful.
As Gautam asked, do you see the issue also with a new clean workspace?
More info:
CCS is able to open my previous project and display the filenames. However, it can't open the source files: *.c, *.h, or *.cmd. It just sits there starring at me....
I tried opening the files in various ways, and none of it worked:
Other programs are able to open these source files, but CCS cannot.
Also, I tried cleaning the project. No luck again. CCS can't open the files.
Then I tried creating a new workspace and project, and creating source files within that project. It worked! CCS can re-open those newly created source files and edit them. This must be a clue. It must have something to do with the new Workspace, because newly created files in the old workspace cannot be opened.
Then I tried switching back to my previous workspace (now cleaned). CCS still cannot open the source files.
I'm mystified.
