java lang pinter exception when opening a .cfg file

Hi folks,

I always get the same time JAVA of error when I try to open an .cfg file (see attached image).

Also, I'm not capable of seeing my .cfg file on XGCONF, but I can only open the file with a text editor. What am I missing in order for XGCONF to work?

I am using Windows 7 (64 bit), CCS 6.01.000040, XDCtools 32.3.24.06.63, bios 32.6.34.02.18, and the TI 5.0.1 compiler.

As a first step, I would suggest trying the following:

- Open a new workspace, import just this one project into it and see if you are able to open the .cfg flle sucessfully
- If the error persists, try increasing the Java heap space as mentioned in this post

If these suggestions do not help, please attach the complete error log and we will see if that gives additional clues.
