I had some trouble when rebuilding the project.

I thought it might be my compiler version cause this problem.

I accidentally changed compiler version from v6.0.1 to v6.1.3, and got error when rebuilding the project.

However, i can't change the version to the previous one.

How can i solve this problem?

The quickest thing to try would be to import the project into a new workspace and see if that helps.

i had already done that, but it still got error.

It appears that you have hit a known bug that affects CCS 5.4 and earlier. The bug is fixed in CCS 5.5. Please see this thread for details:

Please download and install CCS 5.5 from http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS, or better yet update to CCSv6 if that is a viable option for you.

Also note, as mentioned in the last post in that thread, if the project has already got corrupted due to this bug, upgrading to CCS v5.5.0 alone won't fix your project. You would need access to a known good version of the project so you can reimport it into CCS 5.5. It looks like you are working with the example provided with ControlSuite. If so, it might be best to reinstall ControlSuite to get back the original version of the project.
