When CCS crashes, it attempts to send an email to "CCStudio Error Reporting Service". This most likely works if your email client is Microsoft Outlook. If you are using Lotus Notes, then the "To" field is filled with "CCStudio Error Reporting Service". No email address is inserted into the "To" field. When I click on send, I get a delivery failure notification.
