CCSv4 License Issue

Our customer had a 30-day core eval tools and just did an upgrade to the MCU node lock version (as per wiki link steps - http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Licensing_-_CCSv4#Troubleshooting). However, the node lock version is reporting that the tool is "unlicensed). He tried removing the ".lic" and 'licenselocation.txt' to resolve the issue w/o any success. Any ideas about what to try?

Dwane,

The error message you sent via email shows "The HOST ID in your license file does not match the HOST ID of this computer...". Have they verified the host id of their computer. If they have entered the wrong ID when activating their license they can go to www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware click on the manage button and rehost their license.
