Why does it rebuild libraries when it should not?

We switched to Code Composer 6 for our new project and we are having a very frustrating issue where it rebuilds all the libraries when it should not, some type of dependency issue I just cannot find.

any ideas?

Hi Ti Lady,

This is when you click on "Build" button right and not "Re-build"? Also, which device are you using?

TI Lady -

Try a "Clean", then "Build". The first time it will rebuild everything, but after this it should only rebuild the files that are edited.

Are you using CCS 6.1.0? If this is consistently reproducible can you share the project (along with dependent projects) so we can reproduce the issue at our end?
