[NOOB] [CCS] No run -> debug mode

Hey everyone !

I'm trying to program unto a senstortag CC2650, i have no run>debug, as said as the user's guide.

I'm a newbie on ccs, and i have just downloaded the v6.1.

I just reinstalled it and this option is still not there... I just have the "external tools value". Th program compilation is ok.

Hi,
It looks like you are in the default Eclipse C/C++ perspective, instead of the recommended CCS Edit perspective. To go back to the CCS Edit perspective, go to 'Window -> Open Perspective ->Other..' and select 'CCS Edit' in the dialog that appears.

Since you are new to CCS, I also recommend looking at one of the workshops to help you get more familiar with CCS. There is a beginner workshop for CC2650:
