There seems to be an issue with importing those ControlSuite examples into CCS 5.5. I see the same error as well.

Could you update your CCS to v6.1? I confirmed that there are no problems importing into CCS 6.1.0

Now, I have updated CCS5.5 to v6.1, I can import the files,but I got a new problem:
