Recommended PinMux Tool Version for AM335x

For AM335x Rev 2.1, three versions of PinMux Tool are available currently: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../TI_PinMux_Tool

The V3 and V4 tools seem to not support AM335x: www.ti.com/.../pinmuxtool

The V2 and V3 tools seem to work differently each other for AM335x: e2e.ti.com/.../404470

The V2 tool has been used by most of our customers because the V3 and V4 tools were released recently.

Which version of PinMux Tool should the customer use currently?

I want to know which version of PinMux Tool works correctly for AM335x Rev 2.1.

PINMUXTOOL-V4-CLOUD is the latest one. I'm unaware of the older tools.

Daisuke,

Use the version v4. V4 is available as an online web app or as an offline version. You can find the links to both here. V4 is an aesthetic update with minor bug fixes to v3. The help wiki for v3 here is still valid for v4 version of the tool.

Sorry about the confusing information. The v4 version of the tool does not have an offline version yet. However, If you are looking for an offline version. I would recommend going with v3. It's functionally the same as v4 in terms of the AM335x.
