LM3S9B96 Dev Kit operates as ICDI + CCS 4.1

Hi,

I hope to get some detail answers as I intended to use the dev kit (Stellaris LM3S9B96_DK) and latest CCS software to download program and debugging on my new custom board (as target system) running LM3S9B96 MCU.

1st: Can the latest CCS support such debugging feature (via Stellaris LM Dev Kit) ?

2nd: What settings do I need to make on the CCS software in order to do that?

3rd: As there will a JTAG cable linking the Dev Kit to my new custom board, what would be the JTAG circuitry on my embedded board ? In specific, there are 27 ohm resistors already introduced on the Dev Kit ( near to its 20 pin JTAG connector marked as R46 - R50)... do I still need the same 27 ohm resistors again on my custom board? And do I need to exactly follow the JTAG pin outs (as shown in Appendix C - dated Jan 12, 2010 - SPMU036c.pdf page 35) ...especially for pin 1 (VDD) ?
