“Blackhawk usb560 v2 system trace emulator is disconnected” when made debug between CCS and DVR RDK 8168 via bh USB560v2 emulator

Dear Sir,

            Software CCS 6.0 and Operating system: Ubuntu 10.04 

            Board: DVR RDK 8168

  First time, i am working on Ubuntu. provide me in detail about how to fix it

            I brought DVR RDK 8168 from udworks, also Blackhawk USB560V2 system trace emulator and CCS ver6.0

            Installed CCSv6.0 and driver also installed on ubuntu.   I have configured new target setting Blackhawk USB560v2 System trace emulator and device DM8168 and then save it.  

           Ran the test connection and that is ok.  . It is showing message as “Blackhawk usb560 v2 system trace emulator is disconnected” when made the debug between CCSv6 and  DVR RDK8168 via emulator. can you mail me how to fix this issue?

    Is you Ubuntu version 32-bit or 64-bit? If it is 64-bit, you will need to install some additional libraries.

    Also if you did not intstall as root, did you run the script in ./ccsv6/install_scripts//install_drivers.sh with sudo?
