Need to upgrade CCSv5's license to CCSv6

Hi,

Recently I've installed CCSv6 and need to debug the board with non-XDS100 emulators so I've used my CCSv5's full license file on CCS6 but getting problem while loading program.

Could you share the steps and procedures to upgrade the license to CCSv6.

Also I've referred some of TI wiki pages but not clear in information.

I don't find any option "upgrade to CCSv6" in "www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware"
