Yes

CCS is a 32-bit application. But it will run on Windows 32 or 64 bit without any issue. On Linux, it will run on 32-bit Linux without issue. On 64-bit Linux, some 32-bit libraries will need to be installed as documented here: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Linux_Host_Support_CCSv6

I believe that it does and that the release notes need to be updated. I will ask the UniFlash team to confirm.
