Header Information of Data files in Code Composer Studio v 5.3

Hello All

I wanted to know the details of  header information of data files which are loaded to memory using CCS.

I was working on float data till now. I need to do some modifications in header information of a data file containing 16 bit unsigned integer.

Please help me in this regard!

    Hi,

    I am not 100% sure what you are asking, but if you are talking about the .dat file format used when loading or saving data to/from a device memory or save, you can find this information in the CCS help (just search for it). Another related thread is mentioned below:

    Thanks for the reply. Yes my doubt was regarding the same. It's solved  now.

    I just want to mention here that the header information of data files of any data type can be derived by saving the data of particular datatype, as a file . The saved file gives the corresponding header information, which can be utilized further.
