CCs 3.3 Warning XDS100 C2000 Piccolo Launchpad

Good Morning

i bought a piccolo c2000 launchpad

i need use the ccs 3.3 because i will make a proyect in Matlab simulink and download with embebed code with the ccs


the problem was the next


Someone tell me that i need install the new version of ccs, so in just installed the ccs 6.1


Now, recognize the serial port but appear a strange warning than close the ccs


i install the ccs 6.1 and unistall again, i unistall and install the ccs 3.3 and now only appear that warning


i find a similar pic

But that say that i need install the ccs 4.1 and i cant find, now only appear thar warning

¿how can i errase the driver of the serial port?


i repeat, i need use ccs 3.3 because i will use embebed code to simulink from matlab

    Hi,

    I would suggest you to install CCS v6.1. Also, for C2000 launchpad the license would be free. So please install the latest version.

    Have you updated your CCSv3.3 to the latest version? 3.3.82.13 or 3.3.82.19/20 are the latest versions.

    im doing my proyect in Matlab 2012a in Simulink (embebed code)


    i generate the code in matlab and then i wanna use the ccs 3.3 to put in the target piccolo 28027


    the PC of my partner work good with ccs 3.3 and simulink, but my pc have that problems:

    -driver of port com5 (i fix installing ccs 6.1)

    -when i try to conect the target in ccs 3.3 appear that warning than close the program

    ok, if i cant find a solution i will work in the PC of my partner or try to compilate in ccs 6.1

    Im sorry for the double treat, i will continue here

    Did you update your CCSv3 version as mentioned in my last post?

    Hello, i installed the ccs 4.1, i think that doing that the drivers will be updated or something but appear the same warning and dont fix the problem


    ¿how can i know or update the version fo the ccs 3.3?, i just download from the page of TI

    now, dont care if i uninstall or install the ccs versions of 4.1 or 6, the warning appear in the ccs 3.3 and close the program, i mean, the yellow warning that say "something is corrupt, i will try to save the workspace"

    ¿can be problems of the drivers of usb serial A and usb serial B?

    another solution that i didnt try yet is use the ccs 4.1 to compilate my Simulink/matlab works.

    If i cant fix my problem, i will try to work in the PC of my partner that works fine the ccs 3.3 and can compilate things from Simulink. he is using windows 8.1

    I forgot, that warning only appear when i try conect the target in the ccs 3.3, when i do

    -Debug
    -Conect... then say "halted" and appear the "warning" saying that "something is corrupt, i will try to save the workspace"
    -the ccs just close.

    im sure that i conect good in "setup css 3.3", xds100 emulator, F28027...

    You are using the latest version of CCS.

    However, I just realized (looking at your other thread) that you are using XDS100v2. This emulator is not supported with CCSv3. Only the XDS100v1 is supported with v3. You will have to acquire and XDS100v1 if you wish to use CCSv3. Sorry
