Hi desouza/all

I have a CC3200MODLAUNCHXL and are trying to get the CC3200CAMBOOSTERPACK  to work.

The I2C communication to the camera is located on pin 16 and 17, same as JTAG_TDO and JTAG_TDI.
In the Camera boosterpack users guide, it is instructed to use SWD mode and remove jumper J10 and J11.
I removed Jumper J10 and J11  and used SOP 0 (set the jumpers according to the Picture below), and set the target configuration file to SWD (With different freq. 500000 - 50000) (see Picture below).

When I hit the debug button in CCS 6 it says it cannot Connect to the target.

How can i get the SWD to work? (that is upload the program and debug it via SWS) do i need to use a XDS100v2 JTAG Debug Probe to get this to work?

Would be great if you can help me with this :).

Best regards

Svein

  • Svein,

I just set up all the jumpers as you mentioned and I was able to connect normally on SWD mode to my CC3200 using Stellaris ICDI as a connection. My target configuration file is identical as the picture you sent, as well as the jumpers on the board.

Since I do not have the same boosterpack as you, I would suspect it may be getting in the way of a good connection. Can you try to remove it and retry?

    Regards,
    Rafael
