Please tell me how to install XDS510USB device driver.....

  • Hi,

You get an option while installing CCS itself. You can try installing and selecting that option if you might've missed.

  • Hi,

You are running DPInst.exe for 32-bits, but you say your OS is 64-bits. Run the 64-bit version instead and the drivers should install properly.

  • Hi

I already check the emulation options....

    is it something worng?

  • Hi,

If you selected this option during install, the device drivers should have been installed properly. In this case, did you try to run DPInst.exe from the 64-bit directory as I mentioned before? After doing that, you may have to unplug and re-plug the board from the PC, so Windows can properly recognize the board.

You can also manually try to point to the correct device drivers previously installed on the Windows Control Panel:
    - right-click on the XDS510 entry
    - select "Update Driver Software"
    - select the option "Browse my computer for driver software"
At this point you can try two options:
    - click on the "Browse" button and navigate to the Spectrum Digital install directory mentioned before
    - select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" and select the driver from the list.

One last possibility is that your board may be broken...
