Do you know if it is possible to disable refactoring when renaming files and folders in a CCS project?

My CCS-project contains contiki os, and every time I rename a folder, it automatically changes my #include paths.

I want full control over what happens if possible.

I can't find a setting which controls this.

I did find a similar question on the Eclipse forums at https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1068853/, for which the suggested work-around is to perform the rename outside of Eclipse, and then refresh the project in Eclipse.
