How to get CCS v3.1 license, May I use CCS v3.1 when buy v6 license?

Hello !

I have old legecy developed with CCS v3.1 and I need to re-use the project to repair the firmwere.

Using CCS v3.1 is the best way for my job. May I get v3.1 License and IDE SW?

Or, if I buy latest version (V6), may I use v3.1?

I've heard that CCS v3.1 is almost free because TI dosen't really care about that old version. is it true?

Depends on your requirement Sangjun. If its only you who is going to use the compiler then Node locked makes sense.
