TMS320C50 tools

I have to work with this old chip. I found no tools & software on TI website, and it's seems like there are no emulator to suport this chip either.

True on most accounts. Yes, this is a very old device (mid 1990's IIRC). There are no tools available for download but XDS510 debuggers may be able to support this device (although without software you will not get far).

Thu - The old Code Composer (without the "Studio") product was the last tools that supported C5x. It is no longer supported but we may be able to provide a download of it. Please send me a private message if you are interested.
