Problem with aploading evaluation license in CCS6

This problem is with MAC adress. We have the error code 10045.
Here is our error message:
  • There is currently a problem with the Part Number being Activated. Error Number 10045. Click here to contact us.
    • You have already activated an entitlement for this product. There are no additional activations allowed. If you need further assistance, Click here to contact us.
We tried with the Wifi MAC Adress and Ethernet  MAC Adress. It failed.
Do you have any idea?
