Question about activating floating license of Code Composer Studio

Hello,

I have a question about activating the floating license of Code Composer Studio ( version 6).

We have installed the license file of Code Composer Studio into our server,and when I tried to activate the license on the

local machine,it failed.

The error message on CCS was "License server machine is down or not responding".

I would update some pictures which show the setting of the license server.

I wonder what the meaning of the port number of the "Vendor Daemons" tab ?
Is it required that the Windows Firewall is set to disable about this port ?

Could anyone tell us what should we do to solve this problem ?

I would appriciate if someone could reply to my question.
