Hello.....

I am working with C55x. I am writing a simple C code for convolution with user input.

but my scanf and printf is not working. code is getting built with 2 warnings

#10247-D creating output section ".cio" without a SECTIONS Conv C/C++ Problem

#10247-D creating output section ".const" without a SECTIONS Conv C/C++ Problem

when I am debugging the code

it stops executing showing error

I am using TI simulator in configuration

You should be using a linker command file that allocates all the compiler sections including the ones in the above message to appropriate memory regions. Newer versions of CCS come with base linker command files for several C55x devices.

Working with printf/scanf usually requires a good amount of stack and heap. Please see this wiki article for some background and try increasing the stack and heap sizes in the Linker options.
