i am using Code Composer Studio Version 6.1.0.00104 with a full license (floating license), but for all that i get the message:
error #10269: output file "..." exceeds code size limit
Waht is the reason for that? A full license should not have a code size limit.

I have seen this happen before. If you could provide me with some more info we can figure out what is going on:
What device are you using?
What does it say at the bottom of CCS in the status bar? Does it say full license?
When you go to Help -> Code Composer Studio licensing information is the license server location specified? I think what is happening is that CCS is not able to connect to your license server and is instead using a free license. A temporary fix would be to look in the license dialog and see where the free license file is located. Then delete that file. The location of my free license is shown below:
Once the free license is remove CCS should let you work without the limit. You will eventually need to figure out why you are not able to connect to the license server.
