Memory Allocation View Ubuntu

Hello,

I have recently installed CCS v6.1 ( 6.1.1.00022 ) my ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS(64 bit) machine and am able to build and compile my C28x based project. However, when I try to view memory allocation using View->memory allocation. I see nothing (screenshot attached). Is there a way to get this working? I really enjoy this feature.

I followed install steps detailed here, Ubuntu install is fairly fresh with little modifications from stock

Also attached is output of /proc/cpuinfo

  • Hi,

I see a similar screenshot here - i.e., the absence of the bar graphs. I filed the bug number SDSCM00052363 (check its status in the link SDOWP in my signature below).

However, I still see the size information when expanding the different elements. Do you see this as well?

    Regards,
    Rafael

For your information, I see the same symptoms when running CCS 6.1.1 under CentOS 6.7 64-bit. i.e. the bar graphs are missing but can see the size information when expanding the elements.

  • Hi Desouza,

Yes I can see the sizes of the individual .obj, but not the graphs. I check that bug ticket periodically. Thank you!
