I cannot update CCS to v6.1.1 in the help menu

Champs,

I tried to update CCS but I cannot find CCSv6.1.1 windows version in the available sofware window.

Help > Install New software
Work with :Code Composer Studio v6 Updates - software-dl.ti.com/.../Updates

How can I update CCS to v6.1.1 in the help menu

On the other hand in the TI wiki,  the update procedure is described as below.

"If you wish to update a previous install then please install the update from within CCS instead of downloading this installation and pointing it to your existing install."
