What is a XDS560v2 PRO TRACE TEST port for?

Hi Champs,

There is a TEST port on the back pannel for XDS560v2 PRO TRACE.  I think it is a USB port.
Could you please let me know what it is for?  Can I use it for any tests for the debug probe?
