How can I read out the FRAM content on a MSP430FR5969 (Rev. F)? I suppose it should be possible with TI CCS UniFlash v3.4 ... but I don't get it to work.

I select the correct USB adaptor and MCU model and it connects to the device. I also managed to load/flash a binary file. But when I use "Program" > "Save/Export Memory" and enter 0x4400 as start address and 0xbb80 as length (I also tried shorter length like 0x0010), I get the following error:

"Save memory, exception in memoryAccess related ops: Permission denied"

How can I get this to work?

Hi Gautam

Thanks for the hint. I went through all the project settings and found _MPU_ENABLE in there. I wonder how that happened. I'm sure it was not in there when I used CCS v5.5 some time ago.
Still, it doesn't seem to help to remove this from the project settings. And I am not using the MPU in the code. Any ideas?
