installing XDS560 lan emulator into existing CCS 6

Hi,

I am using CCS 6. Usually I just use on board serial ICDI of the eval board.. And now, I am trying to install XDS560 Ethernet (lan emulation). But, I couldn't find the "XDS560 LAN emulation option on new target configuration.

I think it's because I ddin't select that option during the initial CCS installation..

How should I add it ?

Hi,

Simply launch the CCS offline installer again and select the required driver set. That's it :)

I tried to install new software from spectrum digital, but it's giving me error message.

Most likely due to incorrect http information ...

Couldyou please letm e know what should I enter on the http://

I just need to install XDS560 LAN emulation type.

Are you trying to do this from menu Help->Install New Software? If so, that is not the correct procedure. Please refer to the link I sent earlier. As mentioned in the link, you need to re-run the CCS installer (from the zip file you downloaded when you first installed CCS or the web installer), and follow the steps to select Spectrum Digital from the list of Debug Probes.
