Windows 10 on Lenova PC quad core 64bit Pentium installs CCS6.1  until it throws a popup that says cant load "msg"

    Hi Will,

    Can you give us more details about your setup? Are you unable to install CCS v6.1? If so can you paste the screenshot of the error or attach the error logs?

    Can you check if your error is related to this thread? If you are installing CCS to a directory where a previous installation of CCS existed, please try installing to a new clean directory and let us know if that helps.

    I think I created the problem by not knowing where to disable the security settings on Windows 10 . This caused more than one download attempt

    to be installed in the same directory. I cleaned up the directory and made sure are the security software was disabled but, didn't realize that Windows

    Defender was also working in the background and will automatically reinstate itself over time. CCS 6.1 installed with no errors  flawlessly after several

    days of frustration. I should have asked for help as soon as it happened.
