It looks like you have installed over a cancelled install. This has left the installation folder in an unknown state. The first thing I'd recommend is deleting the installation folder C:\ti_v5\ccsv5 and trying the install again.

Please note, we have released CCS version 6.1.1 now, in case you want to upgrade.

Yes, ccs v5 will install in <installdir>\ccsv5 and v6 will install in <installdir>\ccsv6.

Under installation ccs v.5 requires a drive D, I dn't have D, only drive С, where I put ccs v.5.

The requirement in the disk D is essential for the ccs v.5?

No, CCS has no specific drive requirements. Where do you see this? During installation? Could I see the logs please?
