convert .out to .hex file with CCS3.3

Hello,

i want to convert the out-file in one hex-file, to work with INCA and can communication protocol (CCP).
I tried it with "hex2000.exe" but i get two hex-files and it´s look like that the adress range from the A2L-file isnt included in these both hex-files...

So my question is how i get only one hex-file from my out-file? do i need a seperate program or works it with my version of Code Composer Studio?
