I see you are in Simple mode. See: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../FAQ_-_CCSv6

Can you try the workaround suggested in the forum post referenced in the FAQ?

the thing that troubles me is that this bug should have been fixed in 6.1.1. I'll need to confirm the status of this fix.
