Hello,
You can try reducing the JVM max heap size value. Open ccstudio.ini in <CCS INSTALL DIR>\ccsv6\eclipse. Near the bottom, you will see a line that looks like:

-Xmx768m

Reduce that value to:

-Xmx512m

and if you still have the same problem, trey;

-Xmx384m
