CCS installation error on window7

Hello i am unable to install CCS 5.3.0 in windows 7.

I am getting the below mentioned error,

What is this error signifies?

Note : i already have CCS 6.1.1 installed but i want to install CCS 5.3.

    Vijay,

    The installer is trying to access the location shown in the dialog and is not able to do so. I checked the server and the folder is there.

    Have you tried downloading the offline installer? The web installers require web access to complete but if there are access issues then switching the the offline installer can often resolve the problem. Typically the problem is related to an antivirus or firewall, sometimes it is just a timing problem. The newer CCS installers are better at retrying accesses and that may be why CCSv6.1.1 was able to install for you.
