Any plan of Uniflash for supporting OS X?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH, CC3200

Hi.

i'm currently using CC3200 for development in Windows.

But I prefer OS X development environment. (especially without eclipse.)

The problem is even though I can compile & upload image to RAM to CC3200 in OS X,

I can't flash it without Uniflash which is not supported in OS X.

So, using Windows only for flashing is complicated and not efficient.

I want to know if there's any plan of Uniflash porting to OS X. (Or, if there's any other method to flash CC3200 without Uniflash.)

It seems like it's already ported into Linux, and I wonder why not OS X?

Thanks.

  • The next major version of Uniflash will be available across Windows/Linux/MacOS. No set timeframe yet as it is still in planning.

You could check in the CC3200 Forum to see if they have anything that can be used until then.
