I took your suggestion and started to use CCS and ordered the XDS200 since it appeared to be the best for using the 2-wire JTAG interface.
It arrived and my boards arrived, but when I tried to connect it said that I didn't have the proper license! I figured that since it was also nearly the most expensive and had a TI order number, a CCS license would be included!?!?
