GUI Composer Error When Trying to Run on Customer Laptop (HTTP ERROR: 404)

I get this error when trying to run GUI composer on a customer laptop for a DRV8701EVM interface. Works fine on my TI issued PC. Is this a firewall issue or something else with the customer IT settings? Is there a log I can request off of their computer that would help troubleshoot this issue?

Currently not possible to evaluate the EVM on their company laptop.

Hi Marc,

See if localhost is bypassed on your customer's proxy setting.

Hi Marc,

Can you see if the file in your original post exist in your customer's PC first? Maybe a newer GUI composer runtime is required for the GC library version 1.5.

***Edit***: Look at the eclipse/plugins folder and see if you see the davinci.gc_1_5 folder and follow the WebContent/gc/templates/program_uart/index.html file.
