I'm running CCS 6.1 and when I was setting up a custom perspective, the view menu disappears, and I'm unable to get it back. I've re-done my perspective, and each time, at some random point, the view menu disappears. I've reset the perspective, cleaned the workspace,but every time I move windows around, the view menu will go away. I then went to the customize perspective, menu visibility tab, and the view menu item is listed twice, both unchecked and greyed out. I attempt to check it, and get the following error message: "View" cannot be made visible because it is in the unavailable "null" command group. It then asks me if I would like to switch to the command group availability tab, which I press yes, and nothing happens.
I've searched the wiki site as well as CCS help, and can't find anything on the "null" command group, (or even the command group by itself).
I'm running system seven, with no reported viral attacks according to our IT department.
Any suggestions?
