How do I create a new project for the MSP432 hardware?

Hello,

I have just updated to the latest version of CCS (6.1.1) and also included the MSP ware drivers. I still cannot create a new project or import examples to an existing project for this hardware. It does not show up in the target ring control. I do however see a "Custom MSP432" option. I realize I am a beginner but this is the most frustrating experience I have had with an IDE. I will not use Energia so please do not refer that as an answer.

MSP432P401R Launchpad

Windows 7 x64

CCS 6.1.1.00022

I appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I had already watched those videos and all pertinent information regarding hardware setup and software set up. The issue (which I apologize for not updating the board on the results) was the upgrade was not fully successful. I fixed this by uninstalling All code composer software, manual deleting any remnants the installing again. The correct drivers showed up and I was able to connect and code fairly quickly. I can attest that the exact same drivers (add-ons) were installed the same as the upgrade. Something went wrong with the update.

Wow,
