Use CCSv6, FTDI cable.

For a start, I decided to check 'test connection". That's result:

What i do wrong?

Hello,
Note that there is no integrated JTAG over USB support for the BeagleBone Black. The only option is to solder a JTAG header on P2 and use an external emulator. Is that what you are doing?

Do I understand correctly: if i have "Serial Debug Cable" only, then i can't work with CCS and BBB?

I do not have any external emulator and P2 connector.

Without an external JTAG emulator and P2 connector, you cannot do low-level JTAG debug with CCS.
