CCS 6.1.1.00022 : Full error description not showing up in Problems windows

I believe the problem is caused by the error text being wrapped in the console (as shown below). For the error shown below, the Problem description window will show: #20: identifier "GpioCtrlRegs" is.

"../GPIOTestPins.cpp", line 19: error #20: identifier "GpioCtrlRegs" is
undefined
GPIO_TP1_PULL_UP_REGISTER = GPIO_TP1_PULL_UP_SETTING;
^

Thanks. I tried using that version of the compiler with 6.1.1. But I am unable to reproduce the issue. Can you show a screenshot similar to the one I posted?

Thanks. We have seen issues in the past where the error message from the compiler has a CR in message so that the message is split into multiple lines. The problems view will only pick up the first line. There should be an existing bug filed for this. Let me see if I can dig up the ID number...

Why didn't your compiler put CR in the output?  Maybe there is a work around for this issue.
