CCS v6.1.1.00022: 5 second delay after "C:\\ti\\ccsv6.1.1\\ccsv6\\utils\\bin\\gmake" -k -j 4 all" before build starts

Hello,

I am using CCS v6.1.1.00022 and there is a 5 second delay after "C:\\ti\\ccsv6.1.1\\ccsv6\\utils\\bin\\gmake" -k -j 4 all" before the build starts.

Cleaning the workspace (i.e. -clean) doesn't correct the issue.

What could be causing this issue?

Hi Stephen,
I don't see a delay at all when I build with parallel build enabled. Perhaps it is specific to the project. Can you provide a small test case?

Hello Ki,

The project is located on a network drive. I think that is causing the issue.
