CCS App Center does not load

I have CCS for a MSP432 on my 64 bit laptop with windows 10 installed.  It will not load the app center.  I have internet access.  I have a windows 7 machine on the same network and it works fine with the app center.  I tried rebooting.  My web browser is connecting the the internet and TI.  

Any suggestions?
