Cannot create a new RTSC platform

Hi,

I have created RTSC platforms some time back without any issues; trying again on a different PC with different versions of tools installed, I cannot figure out what is missing.

I am running  CCS Version: 5.3.0.00090  on Windows & professional. In Debug perspective of CCS, I go to Tools -> RTSC Tools -> Platform -> New.  I get the error below (different one depending on the path selected for the package repo)

Also, I found a similar post which mentioned selecting appropriate module under Windows -> Preferences -> CCS -> RTSC was necessary.

I tried that too (shown in the picture above), but it did not resolve the problem in my case.
