code composer studio v5 setup error - Failed to install eclipse

Hi

I'm installing code composer studio v5.

But during installing

"Failed to install eclipse. Cannot recover from this error"  window appears.

I'm using window 8.

This is installJammer Registry file of ccsv5.

Help me.

    Hi,
    It looks like you have an environment variable _JAVA_OPTIONS set which is interfering with the installation. Could you please do the following:
    Temporarily unset the _JAVA_OPTIONS environment variable. You can reset the environment variable after the installation.
    Delete the contents of c:/ti/ccsv5
    Delete all the install logs (there are too many there and will become hard to debug)
    Try the installation again.
