License Error

Hi All,

I've downloaded the evaluation version of the CCS 4.0 platinum edition. When i'm trying to connect to the XDS510 USB Emulator, i get the error as in attached snapshot. Also attached is the license file that i received when i gave the MAC ID of the system.

Am i missing anything?

Vijay,

CCS is picking up a "free h/w bundle" license from F:\CCSv4_Installed. That license doesn't work with an XDS510 USB emulator, it is restricted to working with onboard emulation, XDS100 and simulators. Delete that file and get the 90 day eval license from here: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/FAQ_-_CCSv4#Q:_Where_is_the_link_to_the_90_day_eval_license.3F

Drop that license in to F:\CCSv4_Installed\ccsv4\DebugServer\license
