I have seen this problem several times now. On startup CCS just hangs with the above message in the lower right of the status bar. I've waited as long as several minutes without it ever competing the initialization. This is on a 3.7 GHz Intel desktop machine with 64 GB of RAM.
I would appreciate any hints or tips to resolve this.
